We have created a culture where all employees feel responsible for all aspects of workplace safety, and it is considered in all our business decisions.
We have had zero accidents recorded with Workplace Health & Safety practices. However, if a work-related injury or illness occurs, we are committed to fully supporting our affected employees to return to work to continue their careers.

Environment
Being GREEN is part of our culture; being the leading green cleaning services company is the very essence of who we are. We prioritise minimising our impact on the planet by using the “Chemform Green” range of products. This green chemical range of products provides performance, quality and safety, as well as environmental sustainability.
We are continually improving our processes to ensure the GREEN result we require as a society, including offsetting our carbon emissions by purchasing government-approved carbon offset credits for all our fuel and energy use by the end of 2022. Furthermore, TeamForce regularly reviews our environmental impact across our warehousing, sales and transport. We not only maintain compliance with all applicable environmental legislation but have also implemented an emissions management plan to reduce our carbon emissions by the end of 2022.
NABERS
The Australian government has committed to a 26-28% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (under 2005 levels) by 2030. It is already compulsory for larger commercial building to obtain a NABERS rating. This is not only positive for the environment, but good NABERS ratings are positively affect the resale values of commercial property.
Teamforce believes the time is almost at hand when it will be compulsory for Strata buildings to have NABERS Ratings. We want to help you have a positive impact on our environment and positively impact the long-term value of your property.
Permaculture
The average Strata block has as much as 33% of its land area underutilised. Sometimes it is an unused corner of a block with untouched dirt, perhaps full of weeds or an area that requires constant maintenance for little or no return.
